Born and raised on Bunner's Ridge, a proud East Fairmont High School graduate, and a current Gunner's Mate in the U.S. Navy Reserve, Daynon has a deep-rooted love for his community and nation. Daynon has received many awards and service ribbons in his time with the Navy but the one he is most proud about is the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Ribbon or MOVSR. Daynon received this Service Ribbon because he volunteered over 500 hours in 2021 and has volunteered over 1000 hours since this time frame.

Daynon is an active coach for East Fairmont High School Wrestling and MCPARC Youth Flag Rugby. Daynon is also a part of the Marion County  community band and East Fairmont Busy Bee Band Boosters. Daynon is committed to this community and will fight for all voice and always do what's right.
